1. Who we are

Crucible Freediving ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. We are the responsible party for personal information processed through it, as defined in POPIA.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect only what you provide:

• Your name and email address (required).
• Your phone number, course of interest, preferred dates and message (optional).

We do not run advertising trackers. Our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address and request logs for security and to serve the site.

3. Why we process it & on what basis

We use your enquiry details solely to respond to you and arrange freediving courses, coaching or trips. Our lawful basis is your consent(given when you submit the form) and the steps necessary to respond to your request.

4. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to us through a third-party form service ([Web3Forms]) acting as an operator on our behalf, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data on servers outside South Africa. We do not sell your personal information or share it for marketing.

5. Cross-border transfer

Because our form and hosting providers operate internationally, your information may be transferred to and stored in other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers meet POPIA's requirements.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to assist you and to keep records of our dealings, after which it is deleted. [Confirm your retention period.]

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
• ask us to correct or delete your information;
• object to processing and withdraw consent at any time;
